1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Jemind (jemind.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Service Description
Jemind is an AI-powered writing assistant designed to help small businesses and online sellers create product descriptions, social media captions, and sales messages. Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate text based on your inputs. Generated content is provided as-is and you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of any content before use.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Jemind. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payment Terms
Jemind offers a free plan with limited daily generations, as well as paid subscription plans (Starter and Pro). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your PayPal account on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at hello@jemind.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of the billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Jemind to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringes on the rights of others. You may not use our service to create spam, misleading advertising, or content that violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you input into Jemind. The AI-generated output is provided to you for your commercial use. Jemind retains all rights to its platform, software, and underlying technology. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works from our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Jemind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jemind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
